1.) I'm trying to bail someone out. How can I find out how much the bail is?

Once the Defendant has been to Bail Court, we can find the total amount of the Bail for you by calling us at 864-875-9090. If you prefer, you can find out the total bail amount by checking the Inmate's Status (link for each respective county found under our Resource section).
2.) What are your hours?
Answer:

We are available 24 hours a day. We know that an arrest doesn't always come at a convenient time so, we work hard to provide you the best service when you need it. Operating times of the court/detention center may vary by County.
3.) How long will it take to get myself or my loved one out of jail?
Answer:

Each county in South Carolina has different hours in which they release inmates and there are some hours in which we cannot sign bonds at each respective Court. However, most releases average 3-4 hours AFTER all paperwork and other requirements have been fulfilled.
4.) What are your fees?
Answer:

Our fees are percentage-based (based on the total amount of the Bail). We typically charge the MINIMUM FEE allowed by South Carolina law (10%).. Unfortunately, we are no longer legally able to offer payment plans, as of this time.
5.) I've heard about South Carolina's Bail Reform. Where can I find information about changes and how they could affect me?
